Carolina (Instructor) Originally from Medellin, Colombia, Carolina began diving in Panama in 2015. After a few years of sailing between Panama and Colombia, she decided to pursue diving as a career. Carolina quickly fell in love with sharing the experience of the underwater world. She is a born teacher, patient and meticulous with students and clients. She believes that the best environment for scuba instruction is a personalized experience working directly with students as individuals or in small manageable groups. Some of her favorite dives include: Coiba, Panama, Roatan, St. Maarten and Mexico.
Jeff (Assistant)
Originally from Florida, Jeff started scuba diving at the age of 12. Addicted to diving from a very young age, he logged over 500 dives by the time he was 18 years old. After leaving Florida, Jeff sailed through the Caribbean, eventually reaching Panama. For a time, he managed charter trips between Panama and Colombia, taking travelers to the San Blas islands. Eventually Jeff and Carolina decided to make Santa Marta their home where they help visitors and locals discover and explore the reefs around Santa Marta and Tayrona Park.
Isabel Barrios (Office/Course Manager)Originally from Cucuta, Colombia. As a children’s teacher, she has always instilled respect and love for the sea and nature. Now being a resident of Santa Marta and with the sea closer to home, my fears of it the sea disappeared after her first diving experience, since then the vision, respect, love and knowledge of the sea has changed my perspective. of life, of course for the better. If you need any recommendations on anything in Santa Marta, Isabel is your go to guide as she knows hidden nook and cranny.
Morena & Mia (The Bosses)

While Mia prefers to play with humans in a kinder way assuming they have food or a ball to throw. They both love the ocean almost as much as mangoes, watermelons, and carrots.
